Changes in marriages or battles over child custody are often the most stressful and confusing time in a person’s life. A transparent, effective family lawyer should reduce your stress level, not raise it.
I understand that every family is different. I take the time to listen carefully to you to fully understand your problems. I sort through the history, circumstances, and evidence to understand your options. Then I explain your options plainly, recommend a strategy, and then execute—whether that means negotiation or a court battle.

Car Accidents
Commercial Truck Collisions
Catastrophic Falls
Wrongful Death
Concussions and Traumatic Brain Injuries
After an injury, you are often dealing with more than just physical pain—you are up against insurance companies and defense attorneys trained to minimize what they pay and challenge your claim at every step. You need someone who knows how to push back.
I build cases designed to hold up under pressure. That means digging into the facts, securing the right evidence, and identifying every source of compensation available. I handle the back-and-forth with insurers and opposing counsel, and I do it with leverage. When it is time to resolve the case, I push for full value—not quick payouts. And if the other side refuses to be reasonable, I am prepared to take the case through litigation and try it in court.

Some matters facing individuals and businesses are not routine. They do not arrive neatly labeled or confined to a single area of law. They involve overlapping issues, shifting leverage, and decisions where the wrong move carries consequences that are not easily undone.
I handle those matters. My background spans multiple disciplines at a high level, and I have developed a particular set of skills for navigating situations where the usual playbook does not apply. Individuals and businesses seek me out when discretion matters, when the path forward is unclear, or when the stakes call for careful strategy rather than noise. I assess, advise, and, when necessary, act—quietly, precisely, and with purpose.
